Roof Measurement Sys
RMS Online Optical Measuring System: Calibrate the welding seam during the welding process of BIW. The Optical Measuring System was employed to photographing, processing and coupling the feature points on BIW, transferring the calculated position deviation to robot in order to make compensation accurately. Suitable for common laser processing tools.
RMS includes intelligent camera and ancillary devices. The core part intelligent camera was used for information collecting and processing of welding seam. It also works as communicator with robot and welding system.It could used for welding seam calibration during intelligent welding process.
ØShielding glass: protect the optical system, avoid the inaccuracy caused by pollution
ØIndependent shielding gas: laterally blowing to dispel the spatter caused by welding
ØCompensating optical source: make the compensation of light for photographing, adjust the light angle according to the welding joint
